Healthcare management consulting firm Beacon Partners (Weymouth, Mass.) today announced that they have acquired Healthcare Innovative Solutions, a Seville, Ohio-based consulting firm which provides customized products and services for clinical system implementations and workflow transformation to hospitals. Healthcare Innovative Solutions has deep Siemens experience, which will also expand Beacon Partners’ current vendor expertise.
This acquisition will increase both Beacon Partners’ revenue and employee base by 15 percent. As both companies are privately held, specific terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
