About the Healthcare Informatics 100

Every year Healthcare Informatics ranks the 100 vendors with the highest revenues derived from healthcare IT products and services earned in the U.S. based on revenue information from the previous year. All companies meeting this criteria are eligible to participate by submitting their data here.

The Healthcare Informatics 100 listing provides readers with a unique information resource and financial overview of vendors active in the healthcare IT market. The Healthcare Informatics 100 is published in the May/June print issue.

New to The Healthcare Informatics 100, as of 2016, is a commitment to recognizing the expert thought leaders who are propelling their companies to the top of the market. Many of The Healthcare Informatics 100 company listings feature videos of vendor executives answering questions about the most significant trends that are currently impacting the health IT landscape.

What’s more, vendors are asked to estimate the percentage of revenue earned in all of their product segments. Both the product breakdowns and the thought leadership videos, in addition to much more exclusive content, can be seen online with each company’s listing.

Most corporate revenues are self-reported. However, to ensure accuracy and compile as comprehensive a list as possible, Healthcare Informatics editors collaborate with Porter Research and ST Advisors for essential research and analysis.
