Why is this candidate a good fit for 40 under 40?

Tee has led her team to deliver significant innovations in the delivery of healthcare throughout Florida and the region.  Tee not only leads with a continuous innovation and “What Could Be” attitude, but she consistently gives back to other young professionals.  Tee has invested countless hours on her development both within the company and within the community.  Tee completed a regional young professionals fellowship two years ago and then joined the board to continue to share her experience with future fellows.

Explain this candidate’s professional accomplishments:

In the past few years, Tee has led her team to develop programs targeting some of GuideWell’s populations most in need.  Recent programs have included Advanced Care Planning for members nearing end of life care, behavioral health programs targeting Severe Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorder as well as integration programs with direct delivery organizations.  Tee’s results have been outstanding and have improved the lives of hundreds of Floridians.

How does the candidate show commitment to the industry and bettering their professional career?

Tee has enthusiastically approached her career in healthcare.  She develops innovative solutions that not only make business sense for our organization, but to improve delivery throughout the healthcare system.  As mentioned before, Tee not only invests in her own professional development, completing the most rigorous development programs offered internally to the company; but also investing in her development within our community.  I think what differentiates Tee is that she also went a step further to join the board to guide future classes and reinvest in the success of these programs.
