The National Academy for State Health Policy has generated a list of state level health IT privacy and security policy available here. The report covers 25 states at this time and includes information on state privacy and security boards, opt-in or opt-out rules, privacy and security initiatives, legislative and executive branch collaborations, legal work groups, and more.
