DocASAP announces alliance with HATCX

Aug. 7, 2018

HATCX’s product HATCX I cost is an app that lets Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska patients determine the cost of medical services. It accesses patients’ specific insurance benefits to ensure the most accurate estimates. It also allows patients to compare providers and pricing to choose the best options.

The app is free and currently includes features such as a cost transparency tool, doctor finder, and the ability to rate and review providers and facilities.

Using DocASAP, patients can easily book or reschedule appointments with a provider online 24/7 by leveraging online channels they already use and trust. Real-time availability helps patients see which physicians are available at their preferred time, all without ever having to pick up the phone. DocASAP will integrate with the HATCX I cost app and be the online appointment scheduling (OAS) portion of their solution.
