Clinical Retention is a Digital Transformation Issue

Frontline healthcare workers – the unsung superheroes – are under pressure to provide better, faster and more personalized care to patients. Yet, simultaneously, they face daily challenges stemming from the need to deliver on razor-thin margins, staff shortages and budget constraints. As a result, clinicians are leaving the field of patient care in staggering volumes. 

Our 2023 Voice of the Healthcare Worker report surveyed these workers to understand their biggest pain points and what their organizations could do to help make their day-to-day lives easier and retain them in the profession for the long term.
