Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN) 3.0 is going to offer a perspective on the next iteration of CINs. Many CINs that evolve have gone through a distinct advancement in the VBC journey. There have been a number of learnings along the way (physician engagement, contracting opportunity, clinical innovation, etc) that will shape where the next iteration of CINs (CIN 3.0) are likely to go. We structure our insights around (1) value creation / clinical focus, (2) value capture / contracting, and (3) enablement / infrastructure positioning. It is both a reflection on the CIN journey to-date and a perspective on the future.
