The Virtual Access Desktop for Kodak Carestream Radiology Solutions from Eastman Kodak, allows healthcare facilities and satellite locations to view and output patient images captured with Kodak computed radiography or digital radiography systems. The entry-level workstation equips medical staff, technologists and clinical users with basic image review, advanced printing and short-term storage. Bone and lung structure edge visualization enhancements, long-length CR image scrolling and true-size printing are among the desktop’s available tools. Optional CD distribution software allows image output to CD in addition to radiographic film.
