SAIC, San Diego, entered a five-year agreement with the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) to provide Medicare and Medicaid business services.

Cerner Corp., Kansas City, Mo., and Bayer Corporation’s Agfa division, Ridgfield Park, N.J., are collaborating to provide radiology information systems and picture archiving and communication systems to the U.S. Department of Defense for its Digital Imaging Network-Picture Archival and Communication System initiative. National Data Corp., Atlanta, and Advanced Health Corp., Tarrytown, N.Y., announced a joint marketing agreement in which National Data will integrate Advanced Health Bukstel & Halfpenny’s laboratory information software with its EDI network.
